Fridge tag mobile support

Fridge tags are already supported in open-mSupply but we've create a mobile friendly view for GAPS related work. We now want to extend that functionality to include fridge tag imports.

This means showing the import fridge tag button at least, probably showing a table of logs and allowing users to associate the sensor with a location all from a mobile/phone friendly view.

If possible the android and mobile versions should try to auto discover the fridge tag file from the USB device for importing, as navigating through the UI is difficult and unintuitive for the users.
