Incomplete nexus timetree file

Current Behavior
Ran the augur pipeline and generated a json file. The json file displays correctly using auspice 2.23.0

Expected behavior
Download a completed nexus timetree file via the Download data section of the generated web interface

How to reproduce
Follow the step by step augur pipeline. Download the nexus file. attempt to visualise it on figtree.
See the error "Error reading tree file: Missing closing ')' in tree

• Operating system: Linux
• Browser: FireFox

Your environment: if running Nextstrain locally

• Operating system: Ubuntu Linus
• Browser: firefox
• Version (e.g. auspice 2.7.0): Auspice 2.23.0
