This allows someone who really needs access to the measurement library a way to get to it, while we figure out a better and more Pythonic way to support it

The measurement library methods are not tested: _actual_meas_wfm_size(), _add_waveform_processing(), _clear_waveform_processing(), _fetch_array_measurement()
