Add Import QR option to import PSBT #6

So I successfully:

installed Nunchuck on an offline/airgapped Android phone
Imported the wallet config file via QR

**I am not able to:

Import a PSBT via QR. The only option that exists is a file picker.**

I'd like to be able to:

Import a PSBT via QR
Sign PSBT using n number of signing devices
Pass back fully signed PSBT from offline-Nunchuck to online-Nunchuck/specter/etc

Proposed solution

Add an "Import with QR" option in the menu to import PSBT, instead of only having File Picker option
