Expected Behavior

working hotkeys beginning at the start of the app

Current Behavior

I set a hotkey "SUPER + r" for start and stop of recording. This hotkey is not working, when the app is started. It only starts to work, when i have visited the prefs section and pressed "ok".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a hotkey
2. close app
3. start app
4. hotkey not working.

Anything else we should know?

it would be a cool feature, if it would work, if obs is not the input focus. Means: while the desktop is used with other apps, the hotkey shall work, so while doing a live presentation with only one display, obs is not visible in the live stream.
