Automatically add hub/device tabs when selected in the editor

Instead of waiting for the hardware to connect, and then creating the tabs, create the tabs when they are selected from the drop-down in the editor. This allows all settings to be configured prior to the hardware being connected, and also allows for the settings to be loaded from a previously saved workflow even if the hardware is not currently connected.
