Discussed with OI. We will look into this, if there's time, at the end.

WE can only do this if sub-national vacancies exists.

We agreed that unemployment vs vacancies makes more sense. NEET and vacancies not really linked.

Vacancy data not available sub-nationally. Available regionally, but only as an index (rate of change, but no nominal values).

Little connection between NEET and vacancies as a useful proxy anyway.
