In order to setup the Grocy mobile app android, a qrcode needed to be scanned. This, however, assumes the internal URL for HA and Grocy.

The app browser to the url when clicked instead of allowing it to be edited. In this case, I need to change this so I can use Grocy when not at home.

Ideally, there would be an internal URL and external URL and use the appropriate one based on the wifi connection similar to how the HA app does this.

Otherwise, simply being able to update this to use an external URL would be very helpful

@cjramseyer Can't you simply tap on "Put in data manually" at the bottom of the QR code scanner to put in your url?

But again, just as I indicated in my comment, there could be a different url when I am not home, versus when I am just like with the HA app

Yes, my comment only was regarding "simply being able to update this to use an external URL would be very helpful", because I understood it as you wasn't able to edit the url at all. Sadly a switching logic would be much work with time I don't have right now, so this would be a good feature someone could implement instead.
