Legal: license compliance check

Verify compliance between the licenses of all the project's dependencies. I know there are online services allowing to do that, but as always, I'm more of a self-contained, autonomous, all-in-one, offline, no vendor lock-in project person.

We would get the list of dependencies, their licenses, and check their compliance using something like https://pypi.org/project/liccheck/, and/or a Python port of https://github.com/librariesio/license-compatibility.
