Audio Quality change

I use bluetooth headset connected to Sennheiser BTD600 dongle. This way I get awesome sound from windows that my headset supports and also great mic performance.
In any app in Windows I use this combo, it just works the same.
However, when I turn on TrackAudio, something switches in the headset/dongle and quality drops significantly. As if from 48khz 16 stereo it would drop to 22khz 16bit or worse.
Now if this happens only for purposes of the realism of low quality radio on the frequency, fine, but the problem is that it drops this quality in whole OS. So if, while using track audio, I put on youtube video in a browser, same low quality. If I exit track audio, quality returns.

Why is this so and what can I do to change this? I appreciate high quality sound and mic while I talk to my friends on discord etc.
