Localization for advanced features (SponsorBlock)

Feature description

NewPipe contains many localizations (including Russian). However, advanced features are only in English. How can I add localization to the application? I am ready to provide the necessary translation for the Russian language.

Why do you want this feature?

It would be convenient if the application was fully localized. At least the elements on the video playback screen.

Why ist the feature relevant to this fork?

The original NewPipe does not have these advanced features.

Additional information

The necessary translation is in the SponsorBlock extension for Windows. I can provide the necessary translation for Russian.

Buttons on the video:
Skip = Пропустить
Un-skip = Отменить

Buttons on the SponsorBlock tab below the video:
End = Конец
Submit = Отправить
Skip marked segments = Пропустить отмеченные сегменты
Whitelist channel = Добавить канал в белый список
