Apollo分布式三个pod，每个pod都是CrashLoopBackOff状态，具体信息如下：Readiness probe failed: Get http://10.42.4.162:8090/: dial tcp 10.42.4.162:8090: connect: connection refused
其中每个pod的ip都是不同的，但是信息都是类似于上面的，连接拒绝
