Image network compatibility issue between Yarp3.9 and Yarp3.10+

If you have system composed by an image sender running yarp 3.9 and an image receiver running yarp 3.10 (or later), you might encounter issues in data representation (image flipped or similar bugs).

Solution:
Keep the Yarp version consistent between all the machines belonging to the setup.
An error message will be added.
