rustc has its own copy in src/libbacktrace but this repo does not contain some bugfixes present there. Filing here so people watching this repo can find the issue: rust-lang/rust#43449.

I've submitted these upstream at ianlancetaylor/libbacktrace#6, and once that's merged we can just switch to the submodule.

This now uses the same submodule as rustc, so closing
