When I am on a NewspaperIssue, NewspaperPage, or NewspaperArticle page
I should see an option to view raw OCR
And as part of the UX for viewing raw OCR
I should see an option to Correct/Edit OCR
And when I click on that button
There should be an interface that allows me to edit the OCR and save my changes
Major question concerning this issue is what the workflow for reviewing/accepting corrections should be. Do we simply allow users to save edits without any editorial/review process? We would at least need some kind of "I'm not a robot" validation to prevent the feature from being misused by bots.
