Add a Colorblind mode

I think it can be best done by adding different colour pallets for different types color blindness

Colors have recently been changed to fixed indices. Remapping them would now easily be possible.

This feature should be fully client sided. However, as I am not quite into the color theory and we have a lot of colors. I'd love to have someone else do this.
