Image upload broken in online mode

Hi!

First of all: thank you for your efforts regarding Silverbullet - it looks very promising, after trying myriads of outer note taking solutions.

However, I have problems uploading images (both on my Docker installation v 0.10.4 and on play.silverbullet.md): When you upload an image, you are asked for the image name, but after the upload the image is empty or cannot be found. If you upload it in offline mode and then switch to online mode, the image is there.

As I said, this also happens to me on play.silverbullet.md. I've tried different browsers, on smartphone, iPad etc. with the same outcome.

It looks like the issue I encountered is very similar to yours. Inspired by your suggestion, I switched to offline mode, and the images displayed correctly. However, when I switched back to online mode and reset the local cache, the images stopped loading again.

Okay, it appears that this is just a weird cache problem. When I click on the image link after the upload, I see an empty page. With a forced reload of the page, the images get visible. When I then go back to the page, where the image was initially inserted and do a forced reload of that page, the image gets also visible.

This behavior can be reproduced on play.silverbullet.md as well.
