There should be an option to get dynamic pages out of the scope in order to avoid blowing up the DB with junk. There might be dynamic pages which stay popular for long time, but most of them won't be like that.

The implementation of this task should be postponed. Firstly, we need to implement #12 and see how it works. By implementing #12 we won't avoid junk in the DB, but at least the engine will be able to get rid of it over time.
