I've got this error because body-parser can't parse multipart/alternative. So you'd better add multipart parser module such as mutter to README.

For who has any problem and came here, use the @omarchehab98 branch:
npm install git+https://github.com/omarchehab98/node-slack-mailgun.git
and use at leat the nodejs v6
