I'm on ubuntu 24.04.

I had to install these dependencies:

sudo apt install ccache libyuv-dev libchromaprint-dev ladspa-sdk-dev libbs2b-dev\
 libcaca-dev libgme-dev libvpl-dev libsmbclient-dev \
libssh-dev libv4l-dev libjack-dev libcdio-paranoia-dev -y

I ran this install with:

./build-ffmpeg.sh --build --enable-gpl-and-non-free --latest

Result is a binary that is dynamically linked but I'm expecting a statically linked binary.
