sg: autocomplete doesn't work on sg ci build #45061

the autocompletion on sg ci build seems broken, it's showing sg ci commands instead of the available build types

This has been fixed in a pending upstream PR, so no further action required here until it's released. Then we can update the module

PR for reference: urfave/cli#1618

This PR has been merged and we now have autocomplete back in subcommands
