Right now encoders only support &kp keypresses. There is a PR for them to do more. When this is done I can go back and clean up my keymap to use the alias.

When you use &none in the encoder, it spits out "m" characters. oh well

THere was enough in Nick's dev branch to make the encoder support mouse movement and scroll wheel. I made my encoders mouse scroll wheels in the base layer

My principal is that the encoder will do nothing on the split where I am doing a momentary layer, mostly for ergo reasons. I can't scroll and hold down for the NAV layer on the same thumb. Therefore it is okay if the &none spits out random charactgers
