Curate #gender-based-violence on github

I want to improve the discoverability of Uli on github amongst topics like gender based violence and content moderation. If someone is looking for tools for content moderation on google or github, Uli should show up as an option for them.

Describe the solution you'd like
I just discovered that there is a topics page for #gender-based-violence on github. It only has 4 repositories and Uli is one of them. I found out that the process of suggesting new topics and improvements to the topics page is just like the process of contributing to any git repository. You can read the PR workflow here. I would like us to contribute meaningful improvements to github's topic page for gender-based-violence. This could include adding meaningful description, images and links for the topic page to improve awareness about the topic. This should also enable more discovery of projects like ours.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is an open issue tattle-made/website#108 on tattle's website about using SEO optimization for improving our visibility and discoverability. I think this serves a similar usecase.

Additional context
We do have a conflict of interest here on improving the page for our project's discovery so lets contribute with genuine information that increases a developer's understanding of this topic.
