Currently the pipeline doesn't support the Snakemake feature of submitting SLURM jobs (at least that is not tested). The only thing that should work is calling the pipeline from an interactive SLURM run

@mumichae we do usually run the pipeline from a submit node and submit slurm jobs via snakemake. Maybe @danielStrobl can say a word or two what command he runs there (when he's back from Australia).

Hello, I wonder if you have any news on how to run it on batch. We are also testing Tibanna but haven't got it working and unsure if that would be possible. Thank you so much in advance!
