Each user should have his namespace to view the repositories that he decided to add.
The user can add repositories from organizations too.
If the user added an organization to his account while authorizing (from GitHub or Gitea) and another user already added this organization, he should see the old runs for it.
Maybe also, a user gives access to an organization or user he owns.
