Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The frontend is visually not very appealing. I would like to change this a bit.

Describe the solution you'd like
Something like the left bar of this screenshot could be nice:

Then we could have a settings button, a section for logs, and a button to change the display names of the frontend components.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Something like that could also work:
