Tags: They’re a crucial attribute used to manually assign a basic categorization to a document. Collection: This is a set of rule groups designed to dynamically generate a list of documents. We’re continuously refining the filtering conditions for collections. Essentially, it functions similarly to Views or smart folders in other products. Our goal is to streamline the process, allowing users to quickly find the content they need—either through AI or manual selection. Folder: The Folder feature acts as a container with parent-child relationships. We’re keeping it simple. |

Okay, I just wanted to add intelligence :-) to the collections, so that the properties of the workspace would be displayed, and it would be possible to add properties at the collection level, so that this could later be applied, for example, to a database or other directories of the same type. |

Description
Your strategy for developing these entities in the application is not clear.
But what exactly needs to be added to the collection is the display of properties at least of all those that are added at the workspace level, and for the collection, already custom ones at the level of the collection itself. Otherwise, Collections, Tags and Folders are now the same obscure tool.
