Do not use LLVM in order to enable compiling/deployment on Windows

LLVM does not provide Windows binaries that include CMake functionality.

Building LLVM from source in order to allow compiling of triton is impractical due to version requirements.

While I am certain that there are good reasons for choosing LLVM as a way to simplify the development, presently this choice eliminates any use of triton on the Windows platform.

i would check your testing script for the correct import... that supposed to be

triton._C.libtriton

(the _triton as, is probably okay whether default or custom.)

if you purposefully made it that way, and it exists where this should be finding it, yet its still not, you need to rebuild your .pth file or make it from scratch if you know how, perhaps:

echp "Dir_path_to_libtriton.pyd"(not_file_path) > C:/file_path_to_site_packages_pycache_or_usable_location_for_.pth/

but that's just a theory, ive never tried it, as, I'm not sure if pths in cache are registered automatically or if its a pylib thing that pip does.

As for rebuilding, the edit install is not a suggestion, you must do an editable install as this is what registers the .pth, and its not just a dynamic continence, python wont recognize the .pyd as mountable pycode without it.

I didn't even think of this, what functionalities is it supposed to have?
Asking for anyone else who sees this, as I'm off to test with and without,
Would explain why getting libtriton.pyd to compile and link correctly and why it's never in _C when I build it.

Also, shouldn't there be a clue on cmake/python of this interaction? I simply ask because I've clearly overlooked it if so, and I'd like to see if a workaround if not straight rig implementation is possible.
