Align minimum Typst version to the bottom on Typst Universe

Description

On screens where the text "Minimum Typst version:" is broken into multiple lines on the right of a package page, the minimum Typst version is not aligned vertically with the colon, which is weird. Instead, the minimum Typst version should be aligned to the bottom to make sure it is always aligned with the colon. This will work because a Typst version is always shorter than the text "Minimum Typst version:".
