New column or change column

Hi,
We need to put notes on our individual keys so that we know when they are retired or if there is an additional person that needs to give permission for distribution or if a particular key that is requested often is no longer ours to distribute.
You could change the "spaces" column on keys to "notes" and allow something like 50 characters to type in for each key. Or you could put an additional column.
