Inputs are those of the app. Defaults are the same as those in the app.
The inputs we would want to change are CapitalCost, DebtRatio, InterestRateOnDebt, CostOfEquity, NetStationEfficiency, and CapacityFactor
Outputs are the current and constant LCOE of the last year (for now, might need several others in the future)
