e.g., this line in TWs: "* Zephaniah 03:03"

The leading zeroes are not necessary or normal or wanted AFAIK in the display part of the link, i.e., change to "* Zephaniah 3:3"

Also in the form: "* 05:08 When they reached the place of sacrifice, Abraham tied up his son Isaac and laid him on an altar."
