See UHB Exo 21:8 which has TWO footnotes!

Oh, this was already detected, but could be done better:

UHB Mismatched \f \f* fields in EXO in hbo_uhb repository in file 02-EXO.usfm in file 02-EXO.usfm around ◗(left=13, right=12)◖ (Priority 873)

It probably can be done by line, not by file, which could then give a line number and a C:V reference, and can be a higher priority.

2.2.3 became 2.2.4 and then 2.2.5 and it was fixed there.
