Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to request an option to disable the Explore feature or implement granular visibility controls. Currently, when I mark a note as public, it becomes discoverable through the Explore section alongside all other public notes.

My use case:
I want to share only one specific note publicly (e.g., via URL), while keeping other notes either private or public-but-unlisted. The current Explore feature exposes all public notes collectively, which conflicts with this requirement.

Suggested solutions:

Add a configuration option to disable the Explore feature entirely
