I made a 10-second forward and backward skip system in the video, I just add or subtract 10 seconds to the existing minute, but sometimes the video freezes but the audio continues to play. There is no error in the console, so I think there is a vulnerability or error on your part. I would be very happy if you could investigate and fix it or help me if it is a problem on my part. When you select quality, it starts the video over from the beginning.
