Discontinuing stewardship by Foundation for Public Code #1440

Description

As stated in the email ( https://lists.publiccode.net/hyperkitty/hyperkitty/list/[email protected]/thread/5Y3FFBD7CBP4A4766HWD7N7EVICRZJ4R/ ) the Foundation for Public Code will be winding down the office in Europe, and therefore, we will no longer be able to steward the Signalen codebase to the level which we aspire.

Checklist

  • Keep the PR, and the amount of commits to a minimum
  • The commit messages are meaningful and descriptive
  • Check that the branch is based on main and is up to date with main
  • Check that the PR targets main
  • There are no merge conflicts and no conflicting Django migrations
  • PR was created with the "Allow edits and access to secrets by maintainers" checkbox checked
