Python 3.11 all platforms
Setuptools, pip, wheel, certifi, wincertstore for python 3.11 for all platforms (wincertstore win-64 only)
libpython-static all platforms
There is a PR open on conda-forge conda-forge#577.
Known issues
libpython-static does not package correctly for win-64. This hasn't changed compared to the last release, see here.
libm doesn't load correctly on macOS v11 and later. This is also a historical bug, see conda-forge#575 (comment)
