Feeding the titles into a vote engine should be doable, and then embeddable. I'm probably going to do a google sheets vote tomorrow or a surveymonkey

I reckon we should link off to the GitHub issue and prompt people to 👍 the issue. This way it's all in the same place and there's no change to how stuff works already.
