Added a title, "CircuitVerse," to the README to make it clear what the project is. Added an introduction paragraph to explain what CircuitVerse is and what users can do with it. Moved the CircuitVerse logo to the top of the README and added a caption to give it context. Added a "Getting Started" section to provide users with a clear path for getting started with CircuitVerse. Added a "Community-Driven Development" section to encourage users to contribute to the project and join the community. Added a "Contact Us" section to give users a way to get in touch with the CircuitVerse team. Rearranged the order of the "Haven't Tried CircuitVerse Yet?" section to place it at the bottom of the README.
