This feature adds MPEG-5 LCEVC Integration into Dash.js with SEI carriage mechanism to deliver LCEVC Enhancement and then its enhanced and rendered on HTML5Canvas Element.

Adds MPEG-5 LCEVC Integration into dash.js with SEI ( Supplemental Enhancement Information ) carriage mechanism to deliver LCEVC Enhancement and then its enhanced and rendered on an HTML5CanvasElement. There is a new section in dash.js samples for MPEG-5 Part 2 LCEVC where this SEI implementation is demonstrated.
