with external opll flag set, the custom patch names will correctly be saved with the module, but the patch data itself will be reset to the default from the current

...the [patch names] won't change when [switching from VRC7 to a different OPLL type such as YM2413/YMF281B], unless you exit and reopen the program

i have not encountered the first bug, but the second bug appears to arise from not initializing the OPLL patchset correctly after selecting the patchset from the emulation configuration settings.
