Permission Denied When Restoring Configuration

Hey I recently moved my dotfiles from an old project to a new one. When I tried to update the latest configuration using Hyde-cli, I encountered a permission denied error during the restoration process. Here's a screenshot of the error:

Is there anything different or additional steps I need to take when moving to a new project while using Hyde-cli? Any help would be appreciated!

Don't use hyde-cli

install.sh -r should be enough to keep user specific configuration.

But I'm pretty sure the permission errors are not due to the Hyde -CLI. Either your current user Don't have access to that directory

I noticed that the user group of these files was changed to root, likely because I ran ./install.sh with sudo at some point. After changing the user group back, everything works fine now.

btw, I’m curious about the appropriate use cases for hyde-cli. Should I just use it for functions other than updates?

Yes please. The CLI Wil soon be deprecated. I'm in the middle of adding interfaces on the main HyDE scripts. Using this approach, a future CLI won't be having a hard time managing the dot files as if it is native.
