I was marking data or graphics of my project rom and I lost many time choosing the right type in the mark many window.
It would be neat if the last used type is stored in memory while the project / programm is open.

UX and code improvements for MarkMany dialog

1. UX: per user request, prioritize Start offset in markmany dialog
2. code: cleaning up some of the hardcoded stuff.  still very WIP though
3. UX: save last values in MarkMany so you don't have to type them again each time

fixes (mostly) #59 and #58
