- standardize file naming to be a little more pythonic. - one folder per notebook plus a README for easy GH viewing. - adjust colab badges for new structure.

A little bit of housekeeping since notebooks seem to be coming in quite frequently. Idea here is to standardize and add a little more of a flexible folder structure to make it as easy as possible to browse notebooks in GitHub.
