Introduces envvars
STIGMAN_CLIENT_WELCOME_IMAGEandSTIGMAN_CLIENT_WELCOME_MESSAGE.Also changes the default image from the US Navy seal to the Navy emblem and explicitly notes that the project is maintained by NAVSEA.
