  • Adds a directory api/launchers containing launch scripts for Windows and Linux and a Python generator
  • Adds empty directories api/bin and api/dist
  • Adds a build script api/build.sh that creates binaries and compressed archives with launchers
  • Changes Dockerfile to set STIGMAN_CLIENT_DIRECTORY and STIGMAN_DOCS_DIRECTORY
  • Reduced the frequency of the default healthcheck
