feat: render rows to a markup cache in BufferView

Modifies Ext.ux.grid.BufferView to cache pre-rendered row innerHTML into a document-fragment for quick assignment to row placeholders in the DOM. This is observed to noticeably reduce lag when scrolling rows.

Also:

• adds support for line clamping for use in future features.
• older source was reformatted for consistency
