Since we've had positive results from testing (fixes crashes) and no reports of issues, it seems prudent to merge this in. |

Split off from #674, this PR is to update the LittleTiles and CreativeCore dependencies and their configs. They have a new config file format and we need to be sure that all the configs from the old files have been properly mapped over, as well as verify there are no major issues with the mods themselves (as there have been some we've encountered in the past).
