The last FAQ is "How Can I Help Out?" and the information after it is outdated. It needs updating from the various teams (SpongeDev, Wiki, Forum). I think we should shorten it to a link to a new page somewhere, and break down how they can contribute (Forum, Wiki, SpongeDev, Plugins, bribes...). Basically a Volunteers Portal, where we can spruik for new staff.

I created the helping-out page. It has some basic blurb but could use more info and some links. Do we still want devs? Forum staff? Wiki Staff? Paypal Sponge revolutionary fighting fund?

Helping Out is now known as /source/contributing.rst. Still needs more flesh.
