- Fix endpoints - add token authenticatio - use UUID for job_id
When the now optional dataset list is empty, the archive/retrieve flow will try to fetch the dataset list from Scicat
The endpoint expects only job_id and type for now
due to a bug https://github.com/SciCatProject/scicat-backend-next/blob/release-jobs/src/datasets/datasets.service.ts#L273 not sent properties are reset to default
